Miss Patisserie Balancing AromaFizz Bath Ball

I am making alot of time for some well deserved pampered sessions and I have seemed to have accumulated ALOT of bath bombs, I was feeling girly so I opted for the Balancing AromaFizz Bath Ball from Miss Patisserie

Product description:
Pretty and pink, this Bath Ball is bursting with notes of rose, pomegranate and rose geranium oil. Known for its balancing qualities, rose geranium is a fantastic mood lifter and makes the world a much rosier place!
This product is filled with real rose petals and blue corn flowers that will float around your bath while you relax and enjoy.

This bath bomb is for the girly girl in you, not only is it a stunning pink colour but it also contains rose petals and blue corn flowers.
When I dropped this into my bath water, it was quite a show to watch. It was as if a colour exploded and as the dried flowers started to emerge, I could tell this was going to be a bath I'll never forget. The bath bomb fizzed and frothed away quickly to leave an almost neon pink colour with a perfect sprinkling of flowers.
There wasn't too many nor was it less, it had just the right amount of flowers to make me feel oh so special.
The scent was amazing! You could really smell the rose and geranium oil. The lovely concoction in this bath bomb is known for it's balancing properties and not only that, this also contains therapeutic benefits as well as some much needed moisturising properties too!
My skin was left feeling soft and smooth and I was feeling so relaxed and I could actually sense the therapeutic side of this bath product because I was feeling more at ease and quite uplifted.
This makes a perfect gift for the girls in your family, trust me they'll love you even more! Bath bombs at Miss Patisserie are lovingly hand pressed and decorated, each product is ensured to be nothing less than the highest ever quality. I am loving these bath bombs and do you want to know the best bit? it did NOT stain my bathtub at all! When I saw the intense coloured water, I really thought that I would have to spend atleast five minutes scrubbing it off but amazingly and rather magically this bath product didn't stain! So all the more reasons to try it out. I without a doubt, recommend Miss Patisserie because it's everything you could ever want from a bath/beauty range!

The Vintage Cosmetic Company Brushes Review

 Powder brush* £16.00 & Concealer brush £7.00*

Ahh NEW make-up brushes! That's one thing I definitely love, since I wear make-up nearly everyday it sure is important to use good quality tools so that your make-up application is quick, easy and helps keep your base looking flawless.
The Vintage Cosmetic Company is becoming well known and a favourite of many! I was lovingly sent two of their face brushes to try out and I was far from being disappointed.
The Vintage Cosmetic Company offers a range of high quality beauty accessories with a unique, feminine 'darling' personality. This company has a 1950's vibe and it all looks so beautiful! Even their webpage is a work of art. I have always loved vintage anything so this was an ideal thing to talk about and review.
I was sent a powder brush and a concealer brush. I switched my everyday brushes so that I can trial these two and boy, was I amazed! I don't think I'll ever go back to my what used to be my favourite concealer brush.

Product descriptions:
This cream Powder brush from The Vintage Cosmetic Company will leave your skin feeling silky smooth. Its light, natural bristles help to even out skin tone to give a flawless look. Sweep a loose powder or powder compact across your t-zone and any other oily areas for a matte finish. This brush, which is made from synthetic bristles, is approximately 180mm in length from the tip to the end of the handle.
Use this cream Concealer brush from The Vintage Cosmetic Company to blend away dark circles and hide unwanted blemishes for an even finish.
Instead of dabbing or rubbing sensitive areas underneath your eyes or around blemishes, use our super smooth Concealer brush to hide them. Not only will you avoid spreading spots, you’ll also find that you won’t use as much of your all-important concealer.
The cream Concealer brush, which is made of synthetic bristles is approximately 157mm in length from the tip to the end of the handle.

Packaging wise, it sure looks stunning, each brush comes individually packaged in a see-through box that has a floral print design and the vintage cosmetics company logo on it. The brushes are cream coloured and are labelled with a name using an italic font.
These sure would look pretty on any dresser!
Using the concealer brush was so darn easy! The bristles are quite packed which means you are able to pick up alot of product which also means less product wastage! I was really able to cover my dark circles and blemishes with such precision! The tapered point meant that the brush really goes to in towards the inner corners of the eyes which I was having trouble covering with a previous brush. This concealer brush lets you control the application and with such light movements you can easily and quite quickly cover up those boo boos.
The powder brush was just as amazing, again it picks up enough product and it is the softest thing ever! This brush ensures that you are just dusting over a face powder rather than caking it on, so your complexion looks natural and quite flawless. Both brushes distributes just the right amount of product so you don't have to worry about looking overly done. There are no bristle fall outs and washing these brushes are easy too!
I am SO impressed with this brand that I am now looking into purchasing some more of the brushes! I definitely recommend these! Well done The Vintage Cosmetic Company!

I Love Strawberries & Cream Hand Cream Review

Hands up if you love fruity scents! I know I do and especially strawberry scents. I was recently sent a fair amount of products from the brand 'I love... cosmetics' and I have been seeing this brand everywhere, from my twitter feed to my favourite blogs. It seemed to be loved by many and I wanted to see if I would join in on their fan club.
I wanted to try out the hand cream first because a) the scent sounds amazing and b) I was already running out of my current go-to hand cream. Let me just tell you now, this has now got a permanent place in my handbag and I will be purchasing a new one because this stuff's AMAZING!

Product description:
Feel scrumptious with a burst of fresh strawberries and smooth yummy cream.
All our new hand lotions include coconut oil & shea butter to help leave your skin feeling gorgeously nourished & fabulously smooth.

I Love... Cosmetics is a fun brand, they lovingly create scented products that not only transports the user to a different place but they also encapsulate the most delicious and delectable scents around! They make everything from bubble bath & shower cremes to lipglosses and lipbalms so there is a wide range to try out. The products also come in scent families, for example if you chose the raspberry and blackberry scent and liked it then it you could choose another skin/body care product in the same scent to try out.
Here's what James Brown, the managing director and creative mastermind behind I Love... had to say about his range:
My passion is for amazing fragrances and the emotional connection created when people are surrounded by fragrances that evoke happy memories and positive emotions in a person’s psyche.
That's what I love about this brand too because I know and love many scents that all have some sort of a memory linked behind them, that's what they believe too, to have a scent that makes you remember something good and make you feel all fuzzy inside.
I'll start off with the packaging, it sure is eye-catching and quite informative too. I love pink packaging on skin/body care products and the font styles used makes you want to pick this up and read it.
Now the scent is literally mind blowing, It smells just like a McDonald's strawberry shake, so fruity, fun and creamy! I don't think I have ever smelt something that smelt exactly like it was labelled. Impressive!
Using this is super quick and mess free, the actual cream itself has a slight gel-like texture which also left my hands feeling cool and refreshed. This does not feel greasy nor does it feel sticky. My hands were left beautifully moisturised and soft. The scent also lingers on which is a plus. When I smell this, it instantly reminds me of long summer drives and of course actually drinking strawberry milkshakes. It's all about the little things.
Such a happy product that I really enjoy using, I honestly think you need to try this out as soon as! It has everything you could possibly ever want from a hand cream and it's budget friendly too!

Miss Patisserie Rose & Pomegranate Soap

Recently I was sent a box full of new and recently released products from Miss Patisserie which you can view here
I honestly didn't know what to use first as I was very spoilt for choice.
I was drawn towards the soap initially and I absolutely heart anything handmade so I decided to give this a try first. Read on to see how I got on with this cutely made product.

Product description:
All of our soaps are made entirely by hand using the traditional Cold Process method. We use the highest quality butters and oils in our soaps to leave your skin feeling soft and moisturised. For all skin types. Never tested on animals. Paraben Free.
Rose & Pomegranate Soap has a fresh, light and sparkling floral scent. It has notes of lily from the valley, rose, woods and tonka bean. This beautiful soap is decorated with real rose petals.

Visually this soap is stunning, a beautiful pink soap finished off with some real dried rose petals as decoration. This can make any bathroom look girly and it also makes a great gift option too!
The scent is very natural, it is not that overpowering nor does it smell artificial in any way. If you love your floral scents then you'll definitely love this one! I can detect the rose and lily from the valley notes, it also has a slight sweetness too, thanks to the tonka bean. The concoction of ingredients works very well together which makes this a very light and refreshing scent.
This lathered up pretty well, there were alot of soft and sweet-scented bubbles which cleansed my hands well. My skin was left feeling squeaky clean and soft. The scent also lingered on for a bit which was a plus.
You can just tell how lovingly this was made, from the chosen ingredients to the decorations. This looks and performs way better than your average soap, I am so tempted to try out the other scents too.
I thought that this was a rather lovely soap, it ticks all of the boxes for me and it is worth the £3.95.

Jord Rosegold Wood Watch Review

Jord Sydney Maple and Rose Gold Watch $199*

I have been loving the colour Rose gold ALOT lately and especially in accessories. I was recently contacted by a company called Jord which you can visit here and they specialise in making and selling wooden wrist watches. Their style is guided by a deep appreciation for natural element and modern design. Wood is their main feature because they choose and love to use woods because of it's intricacy and multiplicity. They believe that each watch is as distinctive as the owner.
Jord has a collective of artists, designers and watchsmiths. You can tell that alot of planning and hardwork has gone into these watches because the craftsmanship is on point!
I was allowed to choose which timepiece I wanted to review and feature and seeing as my obsession for rose gold continued, it would make sense to opt for the Sydney Maple and Rose Gold watch and when it arrived, I was amazed at how classy and modern it looked.
Jord make both men's and women's watches and there are so many styles to choose from! You can choose the most basic looking piece or a statement piece, both are equally just as nice.

Product description:
We designed our Sidney series in an effort to capture both the venturesome spirit and the quintessential styling of a modern watch wearer. The chronograph functionality is lightened by our iridescent dial and fixed crystal bezel. With a substantial case and band the Sidney is bold and reaches beyond a typical lady's sport timepiece.

My parcel came pretty swiftly though it was sent from the U.S, when I opened up the parcel, I saw a wooden box with 'J' carved into it. I must say the packaging was pretty neat. The watch was resting on a small cord material cushion, which kept it nice and snug. The box also contained small informative cards on how to use the watch to a way to be featured on their website by simply using the hashtag #Jordwatch. I was also sent some extra links just incase the watch was too tight. I was asked to give my wrist measurements because the watchsmith would size it before sending it off. The watch was a bit tight at first but I managed to fix this little issue and before you know it I was wearing the watch and it was surprisingly lightweight! I have such small and dainty wrists and the last thing I want is for it to be heavy. The watch features a deployment buckle with push button, sapphire crystal face, seiko quartz chronograph stopwatch movement, screw down crown and real swarovski crystals.
Since I received it, I have been wearing it everyday. I have to admit this is my first proper watch. I was on the look out for watches but didn't want to go for the typical Michael Kors watch, I like how this particular piece is unique, the wood looks amazing in conjunction with the metal detailing and rose gold face. It's the perfect accessory!
I am in love with my new watch and I cannot thank Jord/Wood Watches enough for my lovely timepiece, go and check out their site, I guarantee you'll love something from them!

LUSH Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb

If you're into the whole space/galactic and mystical thing then this bath bomb is definitely for you! I shared my Lush Xmas haul post earlier (which you can read here) and it's now my mission to finally use up some of the limited edition treats and have pamper sessions more often. Perfect excuse right?

Product description:
Paint the swirling colours of the night sky in your tub with this multicoloured Bath Bomb. Drop it in your bath and watch as it shoots every which way, releasing multiple colours before leaving behind a blazing trail of silver luster. As the spinning and swirling orb comes to a standstill, enjoy the same sweet, honey-toffee scent as Honey I Washed The Kids soap, and the calming, shimmering midnight-blue water. A truly magnificent bomb to behold.

I need to stop hoarding so many bath treats but sometimes you can't help but blame Lush for making such cute products that you can't bear to let go of. Late last week I decided to open up my hamper box (which I use to store my bath bombs in) and decide what to use first. I opted for the much-loved 'Shoot For The Stars' bath bomb which is available around the Xmas period but I honestly wished this was in their permanent line because it truly had everything you could ever want from a bath product!
This bath bomb is visually very stunning that is coupled with an 'out of this world' experience! The blues, yellows and silvers instantly draws you towards picking this one up and guess what?! It smells like toffee! It actually has the same scent as 'Honey I Washed The Kids Soap' and if you happen to love that scent or favour sweeter scents then this is THE one to try.
When I dropped this into my bath water, the bath bomb instantly started to fizz and froth away, it was quick, a bit too quick for my liking since I was actually enjoying the colours mixing together to turn into this brilliant deep violet colour that contained silver lustre. My bath water looked like a midnight sky and I was just amazed! Quite a surreal feeling too, being surrounded by glitter and dark purple water.
This bath bomb also had some moisturising properties which meant that my skin was feeling super soft and I was left smelling like a bag of toffees even two hours after the bath.
I can honestly find no negatives and I cannot wait to re-purchase this again! I am also pleased to report that there was no stain-age! I originally thought that with such an intense colour, there is bound to be stains but there wasn't any in sight! I would hate to clean the bathtub right after having a relaxing bath so there's another reason to love this even more! The silver lustre does gather at the bottom that can be easily solved by using a shower hose to wash it down and that didn't take long either. I cannot recommend this enough and it's definitely worth the £3.50. This bath bomb now joins my 'much loved list' of bath products.

Favourite Nail Shades #1

It's been a while since I last featured any nail polish review/swatches and I have been really enjoying painting my nails lately. I also have accumulated a few favourite polishes over the past few weeks and I wanted to share with you my go-to shades which features a glitter, pastel, dark and nude polish.

Starting with my most worn shade, this nude polish by essence is a perfect everyday colour.
Essence Colour & Go in 152 Give Me Nude,Baby! Is a milky white that has mini sparkles in the formulation. For the shade to be fully opaque you have to apply atleast three coats but the end result is lovely, my nails look ultra shiny and classy.

Next up, a beautiful pastel blue that comes in a form of Revlon Nail Enamel in 044 Blue Lagoon. This looks stunning on and though the brush is thin, it is totally worth taking the time to apply this. This contains mini sparkles too and this adds more dimension to the shade.

My pick for a good glitter polish is L'Oreal Top Coat Carat in 910 Gold Lurux, the ultimate party polish! The gold glitter particles are small/medium sized and with a few coats your nails will be covered with all that beautiful glitz, I know removing glitter polishes can be a pain but it's so worth it for this one, well any glitter polish really.

Nude polishes are one of my favourites shades to go for and the Me Me Me Nail Collection Long Lasting Gloss in 78 Ambitious, is a true nude shade, kind of a mix between a beigey light brown/dusky pink and I love how this one applies and looks afterwards. Definitely a long-lasting polish, it's quite pretty on!

When I feel like wearing a dark shade I turn to Nails Inc in Motcomb Street, this is a stunning dark and inky blue which actually looks almost black. Quite a sophisticated shade that looks beautiful on short, square shaped nails. You only really need two coats for the shade to be fully opaque and this dries so quickly too!

Finally a barbie pink shade by Zoya Professional Lacquer in Emme, I got this a while back and I wear this when I'm feeling girly, This colour does not disappoint. It has a shimmery finish and is perfect for spring/summer.

Are there any shades you're loving at the moment?

NEW Makeup Revolution I ♥ Obsession Palette In 'Wild Is The Wind'

Say hello to yet another new offering from Makeup Revolution! When two NEW eyeshadow palettes landed on my doorstop I could not contain my excitement, Makeup Revolution have won so many hearts with their super quality make-up products at such affordable prices and I can definitely say that I am well on the way to loving this brand and I can not wait to see what is next for MUR.

Makeup Revolution have launched 5 new limited edition eyeshadow palettes called I ♥ Obsession, each with a different name and colour scheme. I was sent two palettes, 'Wild Is The Wind' which has a mixture of bright, neutral and jewel-toned shades and 'Pure Cult' which is actually a dupe for the Naked 3 palette. These two palettes are an excellent addition to my collection since I can use neutrals for everyday use and the bright/jewel toned colours for when I am feeling creative and want to experiment.
Packaging wise, these palettes are very practical and travel-friendly. You can see the shades thanks to the transparent lid. Each of the shades are laid onto very spacious square pans which is not only great for the amount you get but it is also great as this gives you enough room to swirl your eyeshadow brush without mixing into another colour by mistake. Each eyeshadow has been imprinted with a 'I ♥' or 'Obsession' which adds a nice touch and makes the palette look a bit more pricier. The palette does not have a mirror not does it contain a brush which does let this down ever so slightly. It did contain a double ended eyeshadow applicator but I hardly use those any more since I prefer to use brushes, it's ok for quick touch ups but not for proper applications. The eyeshadows don't have an individual name which would of been better but seeing as the palettes are limited edition maybe MUR will see which colours were popular so that they could add some new shades into their permanent line?
Now onto the good points, visually this palette is very eye-catching and I was very drawn towards the turquoise shade. There are a mixture of matte and shimmery eyeshadows so you really are spoilt for choice. In terms of pigmentation, I was quite surprised to see how vibrant some of the the shades looked and without the help of a primer! This particular palette is a dupe for 'Stila's Eyes Are The Window' palette which is great because who doesn't love a dupe and it far cheaper than paying out £30! I heart the staying power of these eyeshadows, it lasts a good 7-8 hours at the most and the texture is just amazing! It feels so buttery-soft and blends without any extra effort. My personal favourite shades are the lilac and the royal blue. I will definitely be switching up the colours I use when I do a smokey eye, if I replace the normal black that I use and opt for the royal blue or forest green then it would look just as lovely.

All in all, I am quite impressed by MUR, this particular palette is great for those who love colour and who wants to experiment, the pigmentation and texture is great and the colour range means there's shades to suit everyone. I have named this my 'party' palette, definitely great to add to your collection and what's good is the price! At only £3.99 how can you really go wrong?!

You can check out this palette here - link

Topshop Beauty Wishlist

Topshop Beauty Wishlist

If there's one brand I really want and need to try out then it has to be Topshop Make-up, believe it or not I have STILL not tried anything and I know that's terrible! I have seen so many positive reviews of the stunning products and I decided that I would love need these 6 picks, these are all from the core collection so you will definitely find them and should be stocked at all times. So here's what I've been lovin'

The Nails: It sure is hard to pick a few shades, they all are such lovely colours but my top two favourite shades are 'Party Piece'£6 (the glitzy one) and 'Boy Next Door' £5 (the pretty pastel blue one)
I know glitter polishes can be a pain to remove but it sure looks stunning and it's ok to wear it once in a while. You can never have too many pastel hues and this blue is beautiful, I have been meaning to pick up a pastel blue shade and this one seems perfect!

For the Cheeks: Pink blushers are my ultimate favourite products, ever! The cream blusher in 'Afternoon Tea' £7 is a lovely pop of Fuchsia that looks very pigmented too and I love the cute name. To add a bit of colour and glow to my complexion I chose the bronzing illuminator in 'Reflect' £12.50 the colours work well together and highlighters have been something I have been using and enjoying alot lately in my make-up routine.

For the Lips: There She Goes £8 is a lovely girly pink shade that is definitely my kind of a pink. I love the packaging of this and I guess I need yet another pink lippie...

For the Eyes: The hunt for an eyeliner that does not budge is still on going and I saw that 'Coal' £4 seems to be a very pigmented black and at four pounds it's a pop! I need an eyeliner that will stay put so I will be swatching this one when I next pay a visit to Topshop.

The Perfect Pink Lip and Cheek Combo.

Revlon Photo Ready Cream Blusher In Flushed Rougissant 200 & Clarins Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector In My Pink*

If there's one colour you'll find in my make-up collection, it will most certainly be pink! From pops of fuchsia to bubblegum brights, I seem to love and collect all hues of this rather girly shade. Lately I have been loving an old and a new favourite of mine and if used together you get the perfect pink lip and cheek combination.

I enjoy using cream blushers and this stunning fuchsia pink blusher from Revlon really gives you that 'healthy dewy' look which I have been sporting lately. This blends like a dream and though the colour looks frightfully pigmented in pan, it actually is quite a build-able shade and you get to control the amount of colour you are putting on. It has a satin finish and has a very lightweight texture. Almost too good to be true! However I am unable to find it at Boots or Superdrug! There are other colour options, like the perfect nude or a bright coral but this pink is nowhere in sight! I really hope it's not discontinued, I did manage to find it here instead and it's three pounds cheaper than the recommended retail price. So if you are interested in this particular shade then head on over to

My new favourite is from the new Clarins spring 2015 collection, the lip balm perfector. This is one luxurious lip balm that I think everyone should own, coupled with the sweet vanilla scent is a very 'you' shade of pink, this lip product reacts to the PH levels of your body to create a custom shade of pink and for me this looks like a dusky pink, a sort of 'my lips but better' kinda shade but I've read somewhere that this turned into a dark berry pink for someone else. I honestly think there should be more products like this, it's so fun to see what colour you get. This lip balm perfector also makes my lips feel nourished, hydrated and oh so soft. It's on the pricier side but it has become a must have for many! Check it out here

Montagne Jeunesse White Chocolate Face Mask

I love a good ol' pamper sesh and I always schedule time out from my busy schedule to indulge into my favourite pamper treats and one of my favourite brands to turn to is Montagne Jeunesse. You'll definitely find a selection of face masks in my drawer and this time I opted to try out the 'White Chocolate' and I was quite impressed! Read on to see why you need to add this to your shopping list!

Product description:
Deep cleanse your skin with our White Chocolate face masque as part of your regime for a radiant, glowing complexion. Smells so yum please don't be tempted to eat! Allow the Cocoa Butter, rich Cream and moisturising Jojoba to leave your skin deep cleansed & as smooth as the softest cream. Gluten free, dairy free and no added parabens.

This mask is a clay based one so it dries onto the skin, I'll be pleased to report that this does not feel uncomfortable in any way, some masks I have tried previously felt so heavy/hard on my skin and I don't exactly get on that well with clay versions but since this contained shea butter, it helped so much as it was more creamy in texture. Note to self: buy more masks that contain a mixture of clay and shea butter since it doesn't feel as harsh.
Moving onto the texture, this face mask is quite thick yet creamy so I was only able to use half of the packet to cover my whole face, it's a really good thing since you get two uses out of it and a tip for all you product keepers out there! Buy some mini plastic pots, which you can find in Boots or in a pound store and empty out the contents into that because atleast you'll know that the product won't dry out, I've kept face masks before just by clipping them but they never stayed fresh.
Next up the scent! Now fortunately this did not smell sickly sweet,it can be a challenge for brands to keep chocolate scents natural rather than being artificial and/or overly sweet but this one has the right amount of chocolately-scented goodness and the smell reminded me of a thorntons box of white chocolate truffles! A definite mature chocolate scent if that makes any sense.
Application was quick and easy, I kept it on for a good half an hour and whilst I waited I flicked through my ELLE magazine and started daydreaming about all those designer goods.
I removed the mask with a warm, damp flannel and it was so easy to remove! Hardly required any effort and my skin felt softer, smoother, fresh and radiant. It was such a lovely pick-me-up and since this mask worked so well, I added more chocolate masks onto my wishlist, I really want to try the chocolate orange self heating mask next! Pass the terry's chocolate orange!
I cannot recommend these face masks enough! I bought this one at Primark for only 90p! Whilst at other retailers it is sold for a £1, seeing as you get two uses out of it, it would be rude not to pick these up!

New Releases From Miss Patisserie

From Bottom R Clockwise: Happy AromaFizz Ball Bath Bomb, Sleepy Star Bath Bomb, Orange & Kumquat Body Scrub, Balancing AromaFizz Ball Bath Bomb & Rose and Pomegranate Soap.

I am a huge fan of pamper sessions and I adore bath bombs the most, it definitely is refreshing to see and try other brands other than Lush.
Recently I received a box full of newly released products as well as some already existing ones from the brand.
Miss Patisserie uses nothing but natural ingredients and each product is lovingly handmade by the Miss Patisserie 'Chefs'
It truly is amazing to see how Charlotte (the owner) went from creating in her very own kitchen to becoming an owner of a popular brand. Her products are now stocked in over 200 stores in the UK!
I had no idea what was in the box so it was twice the surprise. Here's a run down of each of the products:

NEW Happy AromaFizz Ball (Orange Bath Bomb) £3.30*
This is one ball of fun! This happy-scented bath bomb will ultimately cheer you up and uplift your senses. This smells like a tropical fruit salad, like literally! It has notes of mango and papaya as well as sweet orange essential oils. The essential oil is said to be a mood lifter and is also an immune booster. I think this is the one bath bomb to go for if you are in need of a pick me up, perfect for grey and dreary days.

Sleepy Star* (Lavender Star Bath Bomb) Found in the 'Weekend In Provence Gift Tin'
I how how cute this bath bomb is! An easy pop-in-the-bath kinda product. This smells of lavender and just like the name suggests, it aids sleep and reduces stress. This contains pure lavender essential oils and it does not smell overpowering at all, just the right amount of scent. I can imagine drifting off to this, such a lovely little product!

Orange & Kumquat Body Scrub 280g £11.99*
Now this body scrub is packed with alot of good stuff! It moisturises and nourishes thanks to the anti-flammatory jojoba oil, restoring sweet almond oil and vitamin E. The orange is definitely evident, personally I wouldn't go for this scent since I'm not really into orangey scents but if you are then I can guarantee that you will love this. I do however like the skin benefits in this product and the grains do not feel harsh whilst rubbing.

NEW Balancing AromaFizz Ball (Pink Bath Bomb) £3.30*
When I initially saw this, I thought wow! Such a stunning colour and I can imagine how beautiful my bath water will look. This is such a girly product and it even contains real rose petals and blue corn flowers! Definitely my kind-of product. This smells like a rose garden to me. With rose, pomegranate and rose geranium oil this is bound to lift your mood and make you feel oh-so relaxed.

NEW Rose & Pomegranate Soap £3.95*
Definitely better than your average soap. Miss Patisserie hand makes each and every soap using the cold press method and the highest quality oils and butters are used to ensure that your skin is left feeling moisturised and soft. This one smells so lovely! A light and fresh scent that contains notes of lily of the valley, rose, woods and tonka bean. If you love your sweet scents like I do then this is for you! The soap is also decorated beautifully by using real rose petals.

All in all I am quite impressed, from the gorgeous packaging to the skin benefiting scents and oils. I cannot recommend Miss Patisserie enough. I will of course review each product in more depth but there's only one issue... what shall I try first?

February Favourites

From bottom L clockwise: Roller Mash Mascara, Miss Patisserie Lip Balm, Essence Studio Nails XXL Thickener, Filofax with some cute stationery bits & Yves Rocher Comme Une Evidence Perfume.

Quite a colourful favourites post this month as I have been loving a real mixture of products and items that I needed to share with you all!
First up is the Roller Lash mascara (£19.50*) from Benefit and this may not come as a surprise to you since it has become a favourite mascara for many but I really love this latest launch, it really lifts and curls my lashes without an eyelash curler, this saves me even more time so that I could maybe focus on my brows or add a bit more highlighter. I honestly think you need to try it out to see the results and note how cute the packaging is!
My love for multi-use products continues and this cutely designed vintage tin of rosey goodness is a Conditioning lip balm (£3.99*) from Miss Patisserie but it can also be used as a balm to sooth dry patches of skin, soften cuticles and even for taming your brows. It's a real multi-tasking product and it smells like a rose garden, it also contains geranium which works well with the rose scent. This is always in my handbag and it's great since it helps me to cut back on keeping so many products in my bag and keep other things such as.. some Thorntons chocolates!
Nail care is one thing I have been paying alot of attention to and this XXL Nail Thickener (£1.80*) by Essence is the bee's knees because it does a great job at keeping my nails strong, keeps my polish from chipping and it also promotes nail growth so I guess this is another multi-use product that I have been loving, I have seen a huge change. I used to suffer with short and brittle nails but since I have been using this I can now say goodbye to slow growing nails and hello to longer and more stronger nails.
Collecting perfumes may become an obsession now that I have found my signature evening/special occasion scent. The Yves Rocher Comme Une Evidence (Was £51 now £29*) is THE perfect scent! It smells so powdery and delicate yet feminine and classy at the same time and how could you not love the old fashioned styled bottle! It now has a permanent place on my dresser.
Lastly my Filofax (£40), Just call me the queen of list writing and organisation because I have been writing in so many things for the past few weeks. I am also a huge stationery junkie, if it's kawaii or pastel I gotta have it and so I have been buying alot of washi tape, stickers and memo/post it notes to use in my Filofax to make it look pretty and more fun to use.

I have been LOVING Lush alot lately and their collections have been on point! Now that the Valentine's and Mother's day collection have already been released and loved by many, it's now time to reveal the latest collection and that's for Easter! I am loving the colour scheme and I have already got two favourites! Read on to see a summary of each of the products:

First up is the Somewhere Over The Rainbow Soap. This is so stunning and this definitely lives up to it's name. This soap contains Rose absolute, Sicilian mandarin and Neroli oil which will make you feel refreshed and uplifted, The scent really matches the colours, such a happy soap and one of my personal favourites!
My second favourite is this insanely cute - Hoppity Poppity Bath Bomb, How cute is the name?! This bunny shaped bath bomb contains Violet leaf absolute, Lime oil, Lavender absolute and even popping candy! The herbs in this bath bomb will make you feel fresh, bright eyed and bushy tailed in no time!
For all you glitz-loving gals out there, this one is for you! This sparkly golden egg bath bomb smells like honey/toffee and is packed full of fair trade Columbian Cocoa Butter so this will leave your skin feeling oh so soft and you'll be feeling uplifted and refreshed.
Fluffy egg is the ultimate girly bath product ever! This one smells like candy floss and it contains candy flowers, your bath water will turn into a stunning pink colour and if you love the creamy candy bubble bar then you'll probably love this sweetly-scented bath bomb too.
Now onto the most expensive bath bombs, both the Immaculate Eggception bath bombs contain a chick bath bomb inside and you get three uses out of this (both halves of the egg and the chick inside) both have a zesty scent and you get to pick the colour of the initial egg. The scent includes Vanilla absolute, Grapefruit oil and Lemon oil.
Lastly a new Shower Jelly Called Pot O'Gold, I have never tried any of the shower jellies before but I have heard that they are fun to use, this particular one is gold and smells like oranges and pineapples so it's definitely uplifting and refreshing, other ingredients include Vanilla absolute and Myrrh Resinoid. I like that this contains fresh pineapple juice, Lush really know how to make bath products don't they?!

So there you have it, the NEW Easter 2015 collection, What are you loving from this collection?
