Feel More Love Boutique Accessories* Review

Now you can enjoy your favourite sweet treats without the calories! If you know me well, you'll know that I LOVE sweet foods since I have such a sweet tooth and infact, I'm actually munching away a chocolate bar whilst typing this review...

Recently I was lovingly sent a few accessories from Feel More Love Boutique, which is polymer heaven! I was amazed at how everything looked so real and well, edible! Elizabeth, the etsy shop owner has done such a great job in creating mini wearable food pieces of art! I still cannot get over how adorable my accessories look! I was sent a party ring necklace, love heart stud earrings and an iced gem ring. I cannot wait to add these accessories into my everyday looks!

Elizabeth truly is such a multi talented person and you can really see it in the jewellery. She a designer/maker, artist, photographer, marketer and a copy writer! Phew! You can really see the effort she puts into making her designs. She is also influenced and inspired by her mother who used to make miniature polymer clay items for her Sylvanian families to play with, how cute?!

I was sent three lovely accessories so let's take a closer look at each of the stunning pieces!

Iced Gem Ring in Baby Blue* // £6.75
Love Heart Stud Earrings* //£6.00
Party Ring Biscuit Necklace* //£9.70

So when my jewellery arrived, it came in a small sturdy cardboard box that had decorative tissue paper and a handwritten note which gave it a nice touch. Each accessory was packaged in sealed plastic packet.
The pretty accessories feel really sturdy and well made and what's great is that Elizabeth can make it in any colour, for example you can choose which pastel colour you would like the ring to be in and the love heart earrings can have different text written on it, you can totally choose how you want the jewellery to look and if you are a huge fan of pastel colours and sweet treats then boy! Do you need to check out the etsy shop asap!
All of the accessories are priced really well too! These would make a lovely gift too (or you can totally keep it for yourself)
I'm so happy with my fun pieces and I know I will be looking to spoil myself with another piece, how fab does the liquorice allsort necklace look?

What do you think about these accessories? Do you think food themed jewellery should be a trend? Let me know in the comments below!

A huge thank you to Elizabeth for my jewellery and for working with me on this very cute collab!*

Statement Made Jewellery* Review

I believe that accessories truly finish any outfit off and when Statement Made Jewellery wanted to collaborate with me, I jumped at the chance because I wanted to show you how amazing the pieces are. I'm all about pink aesthetic and this company definitely ticked all of the boxes for me. Statement Made Jewellery believe in expressing yourself by showing who you truly are so what better way than to express with the help of some super cute accessories!

Personalised ·  Hand-finished · Expressive

"Statement Made Jewellery was born from a passion for jewellery to have a deep connection with its wearer, to be adorned by all, and to express yourself in new and exciting ways. We want you to feel that what you show the world is exactly who you are, and what better way to start, than with your jewellery. All of our designs are hand picked, wearer tested, positively quirky and designed with the modern woman in mind."

What I loved was the vast range of accessories to choose from, the only trouble would be when choosing an accessory. You would want it all! You can choose from gold, silver or rose gold metals and then to make the piece your own you can also choose a birthstone and/or charm to truly finish off the piece.
Statement Made Jewellery stock everything from anklets to earrings so you are truly spoilt for choice. They also have an engraving service to make the piece extra special, oh and did I forget to mention they also offer free worldwide shipping!!

I feel like I can go on and on about this lovely company but now onto the review! I was sent a silver feather necklace with my birthstone. It's pink too! Who knew?! This necklace is so comfortable to wear and it hasn't' shown any signs of wear or tarnish which is great! For me, I always worry if my accessory will change colour or there might be a reaction but it's all good! It's been wearer tested so I can definitely be reassured. The birthstone finishes off the necklace beautifully and when the chain and birthstone catches the light, it looks so magnificent especially in the sun!

The necklace came in a lovely little baby pink velvet pouch with a certificate of authenticity, which gave it a nice little touch. I know if I was to receive jewellery from Statement Made, it was definitely bring a smile to my face and seriously would make such a great gift option for someone special (or yourself!)

Baylis And Harding Beauticology Sugared Almond Giftset Review

I know it has taken me agessss to actually try something from Baylis and Harding but I'm so happy that this is my first set to try. Few months ago, Baylis and Harding released a super cute range called 'Special Delivery' and all of the scents in the range were super sweet and girly. I really love the Beauticology range from B & H since it has that pretty pastel aesthetic that I love and believe me, these things really catch my eye first.

I wanted to get something that I could include in my pamper sessions and look forward to using it too. Now, when I have my weekly pamper sessions, I always neglect my feet. I don't even own any skincare product for them which is so bad I know! So this was the perfect set to start! Sugared almonds, fluffy baby pink slippers and girly bath salts. This gift set made the inner girly girl in me scream.

It was perfect.

Read on to hear my thoughts on this pastel pretty giftset...

The box looked like a confectioner's dream! Really matched the scent well and the box was finished with a baby pink ribbon with beauticology printed in gold. Fabulous.

First off, the slippers make a great addition to this set. It feels super fluffy and oh so soft. I wear them daily in the house and it definitely makes other house slippers look basic. They're very comfy and after applying the lotion, these slippers make my feet feel oh so loved and very pampered.

The two products that came in this set - foot lotion and foot soak crystals. I have already used both and my oh my the scent is just delightful. It really does smell like sugared almonds! It doesn't in any way smell artificial or strong but just the right amount of scent and it lingers too which is great!

The lotion doesn't feel greasy at all! It's so lightweight and when I massage this into the skin, I feel that it gets absorbed pretty quickly and doesn't sit on the skin. Foot lotions can really be a hit or a miss but this one does the job and did I mention how beautiful the scent was?! My skin feels really soft and hydrated. I try to use this every night before bed and what's perfect is that the scent is soothing and really suited before sleeping.

The foot soak crystals dissolve well in the water to create a silky and comforting foot soak. I left my feet in the water for a good ol' 30 minutes and it felt so renewed and refreshed. It took away all the aches and I was pretty impressed. Why didn't I use foot soak crystals before?! I don't even know if I will be able to find these particular ones again but I know how important it is to give your feet some much needed TLC.

I am really impressed with these products and I cannot wait for my next Beauticology purchase! I will be sure to review it here too!

I bought this at Tesco for £10, was half price! A real bargain for two big sized products and keep sake slippers.

What is you favourite Beauticology product? What would you recommend me?

Laponie Milk Cleanser Review

I love a good cleanser and my skin really prefers and suits milk like cleansers since they are more gentle and it doesn't make my skin feel dry. I never came across the company Laponie before but thanks to a recent freebie website, I had to email for a sample but the company were so generous, they wanted to send a full sized product over. It's great when companies are willing to send full sized products and I made sure to mention that I will blog about it because I truly was that impressed by the performance of this cleanser.

Product description:
In need of a good, but gentle cleanse? Our mild Milk Cleanser is made with nourishing canola oil and conditioning xylitol to gently and effectively remove oil, dirt and makeup for skin that feels fresh and comfortable. Developed and made in Finland. Sulphate, PEG, alcohol and cruelty free. Vegan. Tube made of aluminum, cap made of PP plastic and outerpack made of cardboard. Please recycle.

I honestly think that this is the most gentle cleanser to ever exist. This milk bottle sweetie scented skincare product has such a light but creamy consistency that almost feels air whipped. Even though it's so gentle, it does a great job at removing all traces of make-up, dirt and oil. From matte lip products to my favourite long lasting mascara, it removes everything so effectively and I don't need to use another product to remove my eye/lip make-up so it saves so much time rather than having to use a handful of products. Saves time and everything is removed in one go.
After washing my face, my face feels comfortable and fresh. It doesn't take any natural oils away and with some cleansers, after usage my skin starts to feel incredibly dry and I have to put on a moisturiser to re hydrate the skin but with this I didn't need to do that! Win!
The packaging is also different, I love that it's not in a plastic tube or bottle and it's a very insta worthy product that I could see on every skincare junkie's bathroom shelf.
This truly is a hidden gem of a product and I hope this brand gets noticed and is easily available to buy in the UK.
I was saving the best bit for the end of the review... Laponie skincare are vegan, cruelty free, suitable for sensitive skin and a few products were made finalists in the global make-up awards 2019!!! Now if that doesn't make you want to try the products then I don't know what will.

Essence Velvet Matte Lipstick Review

Hi Lovelies, Hope you all are well!

I am super happy to share a make-up review with you today and it's from one of my most favourite affordable beauty brands - Essence Cosmetics.

I was sent two shades from the latest lipstick range which is called velvet matte and I was so happy with the colours since I mostly wear these kind of shades daily anyway.

One of the great things that I love about Essence is that they are cruelty-free and vegan! So another reason to LOVE them even more!

So let's get on with the review!

Product description:
Provides truly matte, saturated color payoff with a lightweight feel.

I was sent the shades - 3 dusty romance and 10 greedy coffee. Dusty romance is my most favourite out of the two shades. It's a beautiful old rose pink/dusty pink that is perfect for day wear. Greedy coffee is a stunning warm rusty brown that actually looks stunning. I didn't think it would suit me and I don't ever reach for brown shades but I am glad I have this since I can wear it more and try to incorporate it into many looks.

I love how this range looks too, the colour of the lipstick cleverly matches the lid so you don't have to spend time picking a shade. When you see the actual bullet you will notice a 'e' which is imprinted, a lovely touch since it makes it look and feel more high end. Other budget brands don't really look at the minor details but it's great that Essence have really thought through the design and packaging.

In terms of wear and pigmentation I was really blown away. These lipsticks have this incredible air-whipped texture that glides on the lips so effortlessly and one stroke delivers so much colour! I love that these lipsticks have a slight sheen, kind of a satin finish but not completely satin if that makes sense. These are so much more comfortable than a matte lip product and I am so over it already!

Just like all Essence lip products, it has a lovely sweet scent which is not distracting or too overpowering. I feel that even if the lipsticks didn't have this scent, it wouldn't take anything away from the lipstick. I personally like the scent and it doesn't really bother me.

Wear time is so good guys! It stays put for quite some time. After eating/drinking the colour was still visable but just a bit faded. Still pretty good for a lipstick that only costs £2.30!! What amazes me is that Essence is so affordable but the quality matches the likes of higher ende and designer brands. I know I will continue to buy Essence but I just wish it was available in other stores, such as Boots or Superdrug. It is available to buy online and at Wilkos.
