P Louise Cosmetics

Hello lovelies,

Hope you all are safe and well!

Today's beauty post is all about a company that I am obsessed with. I first discovered P Louise a year ago on Instagram and since then I have been loving the products and the aesthetic. You can also find P Louise in Morphe stores. I first tried the most iconic product which is the P Louise base in the shade 2. This base product is loved by many muas and beauty lovers. I wanted to venture out and try some other popular eye products so I bought four to try.

Product description:

The P.Louise Baseic Winter Edition has been designed to inject flashes of colour into your eye makeup using the easiest method possible. The super creamy consistency allows you to create fluid, effortless designs in the blink of an eye. Challenge yourself and dare to break the rules of conventional makeup to create designs with increased vibrancy, sass and attitude with four beautiful pastel shades to equip you for the Winter season.

I treated myself to some to other goodies that I wanted to try and I made use of the black friday sale. P Louise always do the best black friday deals and with a queuing system on the site, it made it so much more fair and easier for everyone to shop. I chose three coloured eye bases in the shades: Hint Of Mint, Touch Of Frost and Winter Rose. All such pretty pastel shades that will definitely change my eye look game. Just like the base in shade 2, these are super creamy and very pigmented. A little goes a very long way with these products and you can also use these to cut the crease too!

Lastly I chose a product that I had my eye on since the launch and that is the very cute Crisp Finish Cosmetic Paint in Extra Spicy. It is a very beautiful baby pink colour and it comes with a adorable flat brush. I absolutely LOVE the packaging of this too. Looks just like a packet of crisps/chips!

Product description:

Like our existing stay in line paints its tear proof formula allows the product to give you full pigmentation in the waterline, cut crease, eye liner, body art, lipstick and more.. the possibilities are endless! The paints dry down completely matte in just 60 seconds so there is no need to layer shadow over the top, just simply paint on the lid for the quickest and easiest results. However you choose to snack on this product, its always a delicious finish.

I am so happy with my new sale purchases and I cannot wait to use them more often in my eye looks. I will be posting reviews and swatches of these products in another post since this was more of an insight and general thoughts post.
The pastel eye bases were for £5 each which really was such a bargain since they normally sell for a tenner each. I believe the crisp finish cosmetic paint only costed me around 11 pounds I believe which also was such an amazing deal since it comes with a brush too. What I love about P Louise products is the quality and longevity. You know you are paying for really good cosmetics and you can trust the performance on the products too. When I tried the eye base for the very first time, it really made my eye make-up last throughout the whole day and night!! It also made the pigment pop! I always make sure to use a eye primer but this is just something else and now I only use that eye base.

Have you tried P Louise products before? I would love to know!

See you in the next post!

Debenhams Beauty Club | Free Dior Samples

Hello lovelies! Hope you all are well!

Hope your 2021 is going well so far and hope you all stay safe! Here's some fresh new beauty content that I wanted to share with you all ok so if you are from the UK you will know that one of our biggest department stores has gone into administration and will be gone forever!

Debenhams has always been one of my favourite places to shop, whether it be clothes or make-up. I would always spend hours browsing, trying and swatching products. I have attended two beauty events in the past and I have had my brows done by the lovely girls at the Benefit counter. The place became so familiar to me and I knew where to go to buy a certain thing. Not only are all the stores closing but the online website will be gone soon too. Everything's on clearance so it's a great opportunity to grab a bargain.

So not only was Debenhams a great place to shop at but it also had something called Debenhams beauty club. The club enabled you to collect points to spend in store and alot of monthly beauty freebies that you had to go and collect in store. The samples were always so generous and from so many big names. From Kat Von D to Chanel. I made sure to try and get them all since it's always nice to try something before committing to a full sized product. In December, Debenhams gave out a very last sample box from Dior and it was kind of like a last gift you could say.

The sleek Dior pouch contained four samples. Two were perfume samples and the other two, mini beauty samples. A small firming face cream, a new mascara. A feminine perfume called J'adore and Sauvage a very popular perfume for men.

I am particularly loving the mascara, I have been using it often since I received it and I love how it separates and elongates each lash. This is more of a lengthening mascara then a volumizing one. I used the face cream a few times, it has a lovely fresh scent and it doesn't feel greasy at all. Something perfect to try if you are in your mid to late 20s.

Did you pick this up from Debenhams and what are you going to miss the most about Debenhams?

Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb Review

Happy 2021 lovelies and here's some fresh content!

If it looks festive and pink, I gotta have it! Lush's infamous Luxury Lush Pud bath bomb is a very popular bath bomb that is released every year without any fail and this was my first ever! I usually opt for relaxing scents and colours but I really wanted to see the hype behind this particular bath bomb.

Product description:
Sweet blackcurrant and cypress oils blend in this Christmas bath bomb to soothe the body and give an energising lift. A plastic-free treat.

This bath bomb is so pretty and it definitely catches your eye! The bright pink with pops of blue, green, yellow and orange. So beautiful!

It’s been part of the Christmas range since 2013, to the delight of a lot of Lushies, including me. Some years this bath bomb has the The Comforter scent, some years they bring it out with the Twilight/Sleepy scent. This year, however, it contains the warm, berry scent of The Comforter.

As soon as I pop this into the water, there is a huge colour explosion. The pink mostly at first and then the other colours take over the surface. After a colourful and an aesthetically pleasing show which lasts for around 10 minutes I would say, you are then left with a bright pink bath!
Not only were the colours amazing but the scent too! The berry scent was super relaxing and comforting for me. It lasted throughout and even longer! Afterwards I wasn't able to detect the scent on my skin nor did it leave my skin feeling super soft so that let it down ever so slightly.
If you are looking for a fun bath product or to buy for some amazing photos then this is the one to buy but if you are looking for something with amazing skin benefits then I would give this one a miss. I personally would give this one a miss, there are more better festive bath bombs and the ones I particularly love are Golden Wonder and Shoot For The Stars.

Check it out here - link // £4.95 each
